Return & Refund Policy

We have 10 days Easy Return policy. You have 10 days to register your return request after that We will be unable to take your Return/ Refund request. 

You can either send us a return request from here  or  you can also request us by call or email.

Conditions under which Refund/Replacement will be provided:
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money (except any intimate product including 
 We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
 There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you, and 
we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
 The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.( Hand painted Kalamkari sarees has no return policy )
 You have ten days (from the delivery date) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as
per's return policy.
 Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of partners product.
 Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. 


  • If the product is Altered or done falls and Pico we can not initiate Refund or Replacement.
  • So If you wish us to do falls and Pico or to make your Blouse from the saree's attached blouse piece, We cannot refund or replace the product.
  • In case of International orders the shipping amount is non-refundable.
  • In case of a return without any reason mentioned above we will deduct actual shipping &bank charge before refunding 5% approx whichever is higher.(If return request is approved )
  • Flash Sale & Promotional Discount products are not eligible for any type of return or refund.
  • Products costs over Rs.10000 is only eligible for exchange no refund policy will be applicable.
    Make to order sarees has no return or refund policy. And Once Make to order saree weaving is started order cannot be cancelled.
  • Products booked with EMI or installment option once booked cannot be cancelled or changed with no refund. Person has to complete the payments by installment as per agreed terms over whatsapp or email. However a person can anytime make the full payment of the due amount. Sarees will be shipped only after full completion of the payment.

Refund/Replacement resolution timelines:
For an eligible product - Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. Typically the refund
/replacement process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check.
Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post Quality Check. 
Expected replacement resolution timeline is 5-7 days post Quality Check.

Reimbursement of courier charges:
As per our return policy we request you to send the product through speed post in a saleable condition. Once your product 
is returned and Quality Check is done for the received product, your shipping charges would be reimbursed in terms of
Coupon Code(The coupon will only given in case of manufactural defect/ Wrong item). It will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your
future shopping @ Saha Textile. The Coupon Code would be worth Rs. 50 and you will be able to avail it in 90 days for full
value in one transaction.

In case of Pre Shipment order cancellation for prepaid customers we refund within 10 workings days through NEFT Transfer deducting bank charges.
